Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films typically horror films and martial arts. She is similar to The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. Her first review was in 2009, and gained some recognition on their forums under her old username Obscurus lupa. In 2010 she was a member of Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome Family. The website was her home from 2009 until the year 2015 at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted and also covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was her very first film. Brad Jones has had her appear as a guest in numerous episodes of his show Midnight Screenings. She reviews horrible films aimed at children, or RiffTrax shows as well as sometimes adult-oriented films (including Baywatch (2017)). The first time she was a reviewer was late 2009. She gained a lot in popularity thanks to the Channel Awesome forum before becoming part of their family. There have been numerous appearances throughout Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall up to Phelous & the Movies. She was part of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
